Serenity and Nature surround you when escaping to this quaint cottage in the woods. As you turn from the road towards the cottage, immediately, you sense a calmness and natural beauty which will soon be enjoyed from your deck and each room of the cottage.

We are pleased to offer our guests the option of this delightful, self-catering one bedroom get-away.  Included are a sofa-bed in the living room, a full kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer as well as a comfortable queen bed in the cozy bedroom.  Complimentary coffee and tea are available. The screened deck offers hours of “bug-free” relaxation as you browse for wild turkeys or deer.

The cottage is 5 miles to Clifton Springs or Phelps, near the Finger Lakes.  It is about 10 minutes to Hill Cumorah and the Erie Canal trail.  Seneca and Canandaigua Lakes and the Waterloo Premium Outlet Mall are 15-20 minutes by car..

Sanctuary Cottage will be available July 10, 2009 and is listed on our reservation page.  A perfect accommodation for two, it can hold up to four people with the sofa bed. A two night minimum stay is requested.  Payment by credit card or cash is preferred at check-in.  Please come to the B&B to check in and you will receive keys and directions, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
